The Lakota people lived in the Northern Plains of North America. They were renowned for their fighting ability. In 1876, they refused US government orders to enter a reservation, which caused a group of US troops to attack them. Although they lacked the resources available to US troops, they defeated and devastated them in what later became known as Custer’s Last Stand.

Legends of the Fall. Yes, I am carrying Brad Pitt's baby, in the movie of course. :-)

I love this photo. 19th century Jamaica, voodoo, family drama, vibrant colors. "Seeing Christophine, Antoinette flashes back to a childhood memory of Christophine washing her clothes by the river along with some women. She remembers feeling as if she belonged there."

It was drizzling and melancholic that day, we were filming in a cemetery... As I uttered the last words of my dialogue, the church bells rang eerily throughout the village.

Surgeon. What a job!

Magical photoshoot in Venice Italy

This photograph was supposed to be used by Showtime for the poster of the original series "L Word". But they changed it at the last minute for another one I didn't care for with the same outfit.

Not much to say here, except that I felt strange that day.

A bit dramatic. What do you think?

Photoshoot for an interview, we were done in half an hour.

Isn't this pale pink silk shirt fabulous? The last day of filming it disappeared. I was a bit sad and never found another one like it.

New York premiere of the Lword. One day I'll write the truth about being on that TV show...

Found this photo with Carla Bruni, it was at the very beginning of my modeling career, which didn't last very long as I went pretty quickly into acting from there.

The look I have here is so French. The transformation is influenced by the character I play of course but also by the fact that we were filming near Bordeaux.

With the magazine L'Officiel, on a beach in Cancun where this photo was taken by Italian photographer Stefano Massimo.
